Community-built basemaps reduce the cost of making data widely available and offer a reliable way to access critical information for use during disasters and other emergencies. Join Bern Szukalski, senior product manager and technical evangelist at Esri, and Twyla McDermott, who manages the City of Charlotte Enterprise GIS program across 14 departments, for a discussion about the Community Maps Program.
